We are lucky that we get to wear whatever we want. However, let's remember that we are a 5-star salon and we need to present ourselves that way! We should not expect our guests to view us as a high end salon unless we come looking the part! Our guests want to see and feel the difference that sets us apart from the rest. Every position in the salon has a purpose, so let's bring our A-game when showing up to work!

It is an absolute, non-negotiable, to not have your hair and makeup done when coming into work. Your hair needs to be CLEAN and styled! Your nails should be well manicured, don't forget to wear your gloves! And please refrain from wearing bleached clothing! We work in the beauty industry and our guests look up to us as their role models for hair, clothes, make up, nails, jewelry, etc!

If you want to wear ripped jeans and a graphic tee, you should choose a heel to wear. If you want to wear shorts, pair it with a blazer or a dressy top. If you are having a sore foot moment and need to wear comfy shoes -everything else needs to be dressed up! If your hair is in a pony... you guessed it, DRESS THAT THANG UP!

At the end of the day we want you to express yourself through your clothes and have fun with it!
